2013 A new road, a new journey....???? and its all good!!!!

I had a dream a few weeks ago and I share the interpretation of it with you. I know this is definitely for Jim and I, but I believe the Lord is showing me that it is something that he wants me to share with others as well and so I share its interpretation for you to do with what you believe God is saying to you.

I believe many of us have been living daily life, going about normal things but that we are coming into a time where a suddenly is going to happen that is going to shift us from where we were to where we are going.    We will have no idea what happened or how we got there, we will just find ourselves on a different road unable to go back to where we were even though you might desire and want to go back to what you knew, you are unable to.   We have been concerned about time but the time will no longer matter.  Coverings and authorities in our lives will change.  People will help direct you on the new road, and you will find yourself in a place that was more than you thought of, asked or imagined. 

Jeremiah 29:11 says that "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.  Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.  I will be found by you," declares the Lord, "and will bring you back from captivity."  I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares the Lord "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile."

So in this change, in this suddenly where you find yourself in a different place don't panic because it's strange, don't be concerned about the time it may take to come into the new place, but continue to search out the word and ask others for help along the way and you will come into all that the Lord has for you and know that it is good.  It will certainly be different to where you were, completely out of anything you even thought but be encouraged it is good, in fact it is more than you even imagined.  Seek the Lord as it says above in Jeremiah and he will be found.

The rats where running....

Last night I saw this picture where we went into this room to collect stuff with lots of other people and all these rats ran away as we came in and the stuff in the room was just all bits of rubbish now and the word that came to me was Matt 6:19 "Don't store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." It is so easy to think you are storing up treasure in heaven but the reality is that if you are wanting praise from man in any way then you are actually receiving your inheritance now. When you work for the Lord the things done in secret I believe, is what is stored up in heavenly places awaiting a time of release and when that release comes is unto the Lord, it may be on the earth while you are alive but it may also be later....

Prov 4:23 "Above all else guard your heart for it is the wellspring of life"

"Sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me"  Yeah right! Peoples' comments and judgements toward us hurt very much and hinder our walk with the Lord and with others, but the Lord would say this morning from Proverbs 4:23 to "guard our heart for it is the wellspring of life." God judges very differently than man and we see in the story of 1 Samuel 16 where the Prophet Samuel is called to anoint a new King and in verses 6&7  "Samuel saw Eliab and thought, 'Surely the Lord's anointed stands here before the Lord'.  But the Lord said to Samuel 'Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him.  The Lord does not look at the things man looks at.  Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." Eddie Cairns from Mission Outreach

Due to unforeseen circumstances our planned guest speaker for the 28th of August is no longer able to join us.  But in his place we are blessed and honoured to have Eddie Cairns, founder of Mission Outreach with a heart and call for the suffering church, joining us.  This will be a special time so please bring along your friends and honour a man of God that has served God now for many many years.
