"Insulting the Spirit of Grace" Heb 10:29

Something I have been pondering on lately is a verse that came to mind: Heb 6:4  "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened and have tasted the heavenly gift and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God and put Him to an open shame." It is a powerful scripture and one that brings with it a judgement that will happen and so I have been pondering it in the light of the 'grace' thinking that is going around and what is our part to play in our relationship with the Lord and the covenant we are now walking in with the Lord. I believe for myself that once you have tasted of the true heavenly gift, you so want to remain in that place with the Lord because actually nothing else matters in life and yet I also know for myself how easy it is to wander away from truth that sets me fr
